Jennifer Claire really started focusing on her artwork over the past few years. Up until that point she spent little time self reflecting until she met a dear friend of her's named Janice who is a talented artist herself. She saw her painting titled My Brother's Seattle and commented how much she enjoyed looking at it. She encouraged Jennifer Claire to paint more.
As she completed different pieces Janice was a real great sounding board for encouragement, she understood the contrasting colors and the emotions Jennifer Claire was trying to convey in each individual piece.

Once I start painting I completely tune out everything. I get into this place in mind where I just feel the inspiration and then I begin layering colors upon colors until my visions is transformed onto canvas."
